New demos and products to discover this year
This year at IBC 2010, Viaccess will unveil its new generation of smart card that brings a major breakthrough to fight against the latest forms of Control Word (CW) sharing piracy over satellite and Internet networks. Viaccess takes this opportunity to also launch a full new security service to fight against this type of piracy and a range of loaders to secure STB assets in the field.
Viaccess will demonstrate its market ready end-to-end hybrid solution being deployed for a major DTT operator in Europe . Viaccess provides a hybrid ecosystem including its robust security technology, the flexible service delivery platform from Orca -its fully owned subsidiary- and a high end Pace set-top-box embedding the advanced Soft@home middleware.
Viaccess will also showcase its innovative solutions to protect and enhance the value of content services, such as its new CI+ solution for live & VOD for the growing market of connected TVs (est. 16.8 millions shipments in 2013
