François Moreau de Saint Martin

Chief Executive Officer, Viaccess

François Moreau de Saint Martin was the CTO of the Content Division of France Telecom for three years, before joining Viaccess as CEO in 2007. He has extensive experience in the areas of multimedia and content.

François Moreau de Saint Martin began his career at France Telecom (1993-1996) as R&D Engineer. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, he worked within the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry on a mission dedicated to Numerical Television. In this role, he devoted his time to the audiovisual market. Between 1998 and 2001 he headed up the Technical Department at TDF in charge of Multimedia Broadcasting and Pay TV services. In 2001, he joined Transpac Internet & Services Division, before returning to France Telecom in 2004 to create the Technical Department of the Content Division. François then moved to Viaccess SA, a France Telecom Company, where he has held the position of CEO of, since 2007.

François graduated from the Polytechnic school in 1991, the foremost “French Grande Ecole” of engineering and one of the world’s famous establishments in science. He graduated in 1993 from Telecom ParisTech.
